Discounted rates validitation is extended till 7^th of June.
The rates are on bed and breakfast basis per night for standard rooms and include VAT. Hotel reservations will be made on first come - first served basis. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to book another hotel if the requested hotel is fully booked. Maximum one child can share the room with parents and between 2 years up to 6 years old will be charged 50% of per person rate, over 6 years will be charged as adoult.

§ Because of the accommodation rates are special rates for registered persons only, any person over 12 years old

using the same room with delegate have to register as accompanying person even if not attend the congress events.

§ Please note that the reduced fee applies only if both the reservation form and the payment have been received by the deadline date.
§ The reservation form will not be valid unless payments are received.
§ One copy of the reservation form is required for each delegate.
§ % 50 refund will be applicable upon any cancellation request before May 31, 2008
§ The deadline date for the cancellations is June 07, 2008. As of June 07, 2008 no refund will be applicable on cancellations.
§ After June 28, 2008 no name changes will be accepted.
